When I initially drew it, I mis-judged the sizing so I had to add an exclamation mark at the end of 'damage' to fill the space - once I vectorised it, I could remove it thankfully.

If I choose to pursue this style of type I firstly need to address the D - it doesn't work with the other letterforms and looks too small.
The Megadeth type looks kind of 3D/metal (for some reason it won't let me upload an image of it). Taking this into acount I tried a similar effect on my type - it looks a lot more crisp that the image of the Megadeth one that I have. I'm not sure if thats a good thing because it brings it up to date, or a bad thing because it doesn't look vintage.
